About this learning series
This is a comprehensive deep dive into leading Connected Strategic organizations, where impact is measured in terms of human outcomes, and people matter.
Participants who complete this course demonstrate competency setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as a mechanism for communicating vision and clarifying expectations with their teams, and also complete course work in supporting topics including conflict modes; goal alignment; individual goal setting; and coaching-based leadership.
This course runs only twice a year, and we're waitlisting for our H2 2023 session. Dates will be determined based on waitlist participant availability, so please add yourself to the waitlist to have your availability considered for our next cohort.
